Fish was over cooked looked like oil had seeped into the batter. the fish inside was dry. The batter wasn't any better on the other side ! I used to like this place but this is the 2nd time I have had a problem. Last time I waited over an hour when I was given 25 - 35 mins time for arrival. The food was warm when it arrived.
Was visiting Balham and tried this establishment. Had grilled haddock topped with tomatoes and garlic. Ate in. Absolutely delicious, polite service, and the place was immaculately clean. Think I'll be visiting Balham again, soon!
A good simple menu with no fuss. Pay upfront for your food - cash or card. Central to Mitcham. Seating in too with decent table space. The cod is both small or large is delicious and coffee too.Food: 5/5

Nice variety of take away food here. Reasonable prices and good portion of chips. I haven't had to wait to long to get my food I would say, give it a try !

Absolutely love their food. It is always fresh, hot and full of flavour. I love the fact they bag my chips I prefer this to boxed chips as I find boxed ones can arrive kind of dry but sea scape chips are my favourite go to. Amazing prices for amazing food So glad I found them during lockdown won't order from another place now.
Every experience at this local fish and chip shop has been first class for me. The welcome from the people working there is warm, the food is always fresh and the portions very generous.
Stopped for chips awful reheated and curry sauce was like water
