The staff are so helpful and friendly and the vets are top notch. They have always done their best to ensure that both me and my dog are always well looked after. I could not recommend them more, simply the best vets I have ever been to.
The vets are reasonably priced, I can't thank them enough for giving my dog peanut, the best care, as they really checked him over, before giving him his kennel cough, also his yearly booster,
Registered my second pup there. Both have been very well looked after. Costs are very reasonable. Staff are very helpful with a good office and animal reception area, provided.
Great practice, they seem to really care about the animals. They managed to squeeze us in to have my dogs paw looked at ASAP. Very polite & friendly. However be prepared to pay! I'd forgotten how expensive veterinary care can be. A fifteen minute examination and one bottle of pain relief cost me almost £50! Happy to pay the charge though to know my dog is under the best care.
We have been with Firth for some time and found the all staff are very friendly and helpful, but most of all caring. Couldn't have helped us with more kindness after the loss of our Cocker. So will be back with them in a few weeks with our next pup!
AVOID OR GET 2ND OPINION ON THE RESULTS OF VISITS..Would never take my loved ones here ever again..they failed us & our baby girl...then decided to lie in emails as if it was natural not to find heart issues til grade 5...liars..JUST AVOID IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS...
Having moved to Eastriggs a little over a year ago, I decided to use Firths for the 1st time re an issue with my 9 month old pup. Was very,very impressed with the vet I saw, Hanna. Her straight talking and honesty was a credit to her, and her professionalism. Look forward to registering my other 2 dogs with Firths when their Plans at another vet finishes.
Lovely staff. Thorough check for our new puppy
I had to take my dog to the vet in an emergency during my vacation. She had a ruptured abscess. Although I called before the official office hours, I was spoken to in a friendly and helpful manner. That took away some of my worries. Also on site, the people were then very nice to my dog and have taken good care of us. In the meantime we are back home. My Jedha is doing well and my vet is very happy with the healing process. Thank you for everything, dear team of Firth Veterinary Centre!
Decent vets, always treat my cat well.
