Very nice to start with ,I had asked another vet for a 2nd opinion on what they thought was wrong with my cat and was awaiting my appointment,meanwhile my cat became critically I’ll and phoned Charnwood and they refused to see us as we had asked for a 2nd opinion at Bard vets .I had already spent a few hundred pounds the week before then after having to get my cat put to sleep at bards Charnwood sent a bill out .Not even interested in my complaint .I will not use them again or recommend them ever .Digusted at the way we were treated !
The staff are very helpful, thoughtful, kind, pepe was really good for both the lady vet, young nurse, very helpful to me on the phone, explained every process of what they were treating pepe for, recommended after treatment to, felt at ease, cam thank you much appreciated xx everyone
Love these vets! Weetam gets what is needed and the best care and attention from them! Been my vet with all my pets regargdless!
Couldn't have asked for better care for Maizi in her last days, although it came as a total shock as to how ill she was..would highly recommend this practice, very caring & supportive vets.X
Always very quick to fit you in with an appointment ASAP. All the vets and staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions, and kind to your animal. Also very reasonable with the costs. I wouldn't use anywhere else.
Alisdair and Amy have been amazing when 2 of my dogs were very sick.they are always going the extra mile and so does the whole team.

Vets, Vet Nurses and receptionists are always very welcoming and professional. I have been visiting the practice for the last 14 plus years, My first wee dog was looked after by the practice from 9 weeks old, he passed away at the ripe old age of 13 . I now have another wee canine friend who is nearly one year old and she too is receiving the utmost care from Charnwood Vets.
Very frendly staff . Takes time to see to my dog . Lovely place
