Really disappointed - the lady attended NICU to get my child’s hand and foot prints a day later and didn’t even let me know, I gave them my card details on 3 occasions to find they haven’t even taken payment and advised I was making it all up, disgusting customer service. Not helpful at all. Real shame actually as a first time parent this should be an exciting experience and a true keepsake.
Made an order and is 10 weeks still awaiting. The communication is poor. Really disappointed as I have used this service in the past with no issue. Massive downfall with business this year.
