Well presented shop... However the staff, while friendly, were far too pushy on up-selling at the counter. Went in buying cat food, not the cheap stuff either, and we got lectured on our choice not having the "right kind of animal derived protein". It took us saying three times that we were happy with our choice before being allowed to hand over money. I don't appreciate being told, in as many words, that I am poisoning my cat by buying a product, a product that my cat has been eating for three years to no adverse effect! I appreciate conscientious customer service and good advice, however I personally feel like I was being humiliated or guilt-tripped into spending more money. I have been left with an extremely sour taste in my mouth and will not be shopping here again for fear of further humiliation.

Friendly service and good choice of dog food but I find the dog toys expensive.

The staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to help. They have a great understanding of their products and how best to answer your questions and problems. The store has a wide range of pet food and toys and the puppy hour on Saturdays has been really helpful in socialising our little pup. I would highly recommend to any pet owner!
