I called Miles at the end of 2020 to discuss an Edwardian balloon clock.He took time to answer my questions and sent extra photos that I requested. My clock arrived at 8am this morning, very carefully packed, and I am delighted with it. It's a lovely little thing, and burst into life as soon as I wound it up. The case is in very good condition, exactly as I expected from the online photos. Thanks very much for great service
Having purchased a number of items from here now I can honestly say they are brilliant. Really friendly and professional service and there is always an amazing range of items from antiques to modern and some excellent gifts. Highly recommend paying them a visit!
Excellent seller. They delivered in person and much earlier than I anticipated. There was an issue with one of the chairs that was not the fault of the seller but they truly bent over backwards to make it right. We really appreciated the effort, this is real white glove service.
Customer service is all about ensuring that at the end of the day the customer is satisfied with their purchase and goes away happy. Miles and the team ensured that damage incurred in delivery from the supplier to our large and very heavy dining table was rectified. I have been into this shop many times and the variety of items continues to grow and grow. They have now extended into the basement where there were many interesting furniture pieces and lots of nook and crannies to explore. Next time I'll bring my wife over!
I rate the place ... A nice blend of the new and antique ... Quality pieces at reasonable prices. Xmas sorted for a sister, mother-in-law and wife swiftly ... Will revisit in the New Year to purchase some pieces for myself
Amazing item of furniture, truly quirky and just what we were looking for and such superb customer service – talk about going the extra mile they delivered in person on a Sunday, in the height of the heat just so I could set it up ready for a family party for my Mum's 90th Birthday!!!
An alladins cave full of gorgeous gifts, hand selected antiques and furniture. If you're struggling for a Christmas gift it's the perfect place to spend an hour hunting through their goodies and finding inspiration! You'll leave with more than you came for though!!
