I was very disappointed with the condition of this fire on arrival. When I stood it in my fireplace I realised that the heater part of the fire was totally lop-sided -the left side with the on/off and heat switches was pushed up into the body of the fire. I immediately 'phoned the manufacturer and was told that the supporting bracket was probably bent and would need to be pushed back into place. I then had to dismantle the coal/top etc. and force the bracket down into line with the other side. I was told that the fire must have been damaged in transit, but quite honestly the packaging was so good I couldn't see how this was possible - the box was undamaged and I can only assume the fire was damaged prior to packing.

Ordered a fireplace and got a phone call a day or two later to arrange delivery. Lady was very friendly and the fire place arrived undamaged when they said it would. Fire place looks stunning and am very happy with the purchase.

BUYERS BEWARE: DISHONEST SELLERS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered a fire on 16th May which stated that delivery time would be within 7-14 days. But after 9 days I still hadn’t received any details about when the item would be delivered despite calling them THREE times. When I finally spoke to someone by the name of Sham, he could not guarantee when the item would actually be delivered. In light of all this, i felt very let down and requested a full refund. Sham promised to issue me with a full refund by the next day however he LIED. I never received a refund as promised or heard from the company again despite trying to contact them numerous times to resolve the situation. In the end I was forced to file a dispute with PayPal. The company even refused to respond to them so thankfully PayPal stepped in and 3 weeks later they recovered my money from the sellers account. My advice to anyone reading this is R.U.N!!! And if you are crazy enough to purchase anything from this cowboy company please use PAYPAL! Had it not been for PayPal i doubt that I would have received my refund.
