I had a fantastic experience at specsavers Cleckheaton. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. My appointment was quick and efficient, and they took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase glasses immediately, which allowed me to make a decision at my own pace. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and will definitely be returning in the future.
Hi I've been wearing contact lenses for donkeys years now and having had issues from previous specsavers over the years, actually going to any opticians sort of became a fear like going to the dentist etc . Anyways I've now had 2 faultless visits to Cleckheaton branch , all the staff are so friendly and helpful, and now restored my fear of the opticians . Great team and great shop highly recommended

Provided me with an incorrect prescription, they reimbursed me for the glasses I had bought but no apology, no offer to put the mistake right or explain what went wrong. Although the optician who did the eye test was nice and polite. I'm assuming it was a clerical error, but who knows?
Excellent service, professonal throughout. Just collected my 2 new pairs of glasses from Zain who was very helpful & they feel very good indeed
