Have visited rob here on a couple of occasions... and he's bin to our home...great service ... always professional... great after service too.. nothing's too much trouble... we would recommended you try... you won't be disappointed...

My wife has excellent service. Robert visited us at home for an initial consultation. Then allowed her to try the new system for an extended period in home and work environments before she made her purchase. The cross system has worked really well and follow up from the company has been great. Also super value for money compared with previous provider.

I first went to see Rob Donnan over two years ago. I had been unhappy with my previous hearing aid company as I believed they had pressured me and not given me the correct advice. Having found Rob on a Google search I made a appointment. The experience was totally different to my previous. Rob instantly made me feel at ease and never pressured me, he took me through my best options but at all times listened to what my concerns were. I decided on the Phonak Vito Q50, a great choice for me and I also took out Robs Gold Card which I have found extremely useful. The staff are also really friendly giving an overall great experience, thanks Rob for making my hearing problems feel more manageable.

My mother is visiting form New Zealand and suffered considerable hearing loss whilst here. We met with Robert who was able to quickly diagnose that her hearing aid had not been serviced or configured correctly. After a short consultation, my mum was not only able to hear better than she had in the past 18 months, but found the hearing aid so comfortable, she forgot to take it out when going for a shower!. Well done and thank you Robert, who had us back for a second fitting and he has only charged us for the parts in two visits.
