First visit this morning.... Tall guy behind till was so helpful, lovely presented food in store, fresh bakery especially the bagels, lovely fresh fruit, when I mensioned I needed to keep an eye in my car as I didn't have any change for a ticket the guy on the till said no problem... The store would be happy to give me the change so I could shop... Wow!!!. Also has a post office in there. Excellent shop.

Very rude member of staff. Went in with a long shopping list expecting to fill a basket of goods today. Got to the olive section and spent a few minutes looking for the pitted olives as advertised on the shelf, there were only whole olives directly above the pitted olive label. Whilst browsing the jars the elderly male shelf stacker approached me and in a frustrated tone and gesturing with his arms barks at me " They are all the same" ....I ask politely was he talking to me and he shouts back "Yes, they are the same". I pointed out to him that they are not all the same and I was looking for the jar that was advertised. He shakes his head at me and gestures for me to go away! Unbelievable approach to customer service! The correct approach would have been to offer his customer some help, or am I expecting too much?! Other staff members in the vicinity were not interested in helping and did all they can to avoid eye contact with me. No apology or anything. Anyway, basket was left behind so they lost on my custom and any future custom from myself, friends and family. Terrible way to talk to your customers.

The turkish cashier girl - she's the worst thing is in this store. Rude, mizirble, always unhappy. Me, my family and friends not coming there anymore just because we don't want to see her mizirble face. I understand you are unhappy with your life... but it shouldnt affect your costumers.  Hope she knows that she is just basic turkish cashier and not Queen of England.
