Would highly recommend Fife Kick-boxing to everyone. I attended the Adult classes - where Craig and the Instructor Team were very friendly, approachable and patient with me my first time trying any form of Martial Arts. Everyone in attendance was also friendly, encouraging and readily giving advice. Really felt the community spirit within the club, and would be fantastic for anyone seeking to improve their fitness, knowledge of self defence and mental resilience. Also very impressed by Fife Kickboxing’s very swift and efficient communications with me.

I cant sing the praises of this club enough, both Children are members of the club and Squad, which has been so rewarding to them both helping to reach their goals. My wife is an instructor with the little dragons. I joined the club last sept as I felt left out , its a great place to make new friends learn new skills and improve your fitness and most of all have fun. The team of instructors are brilliant, whatever your level or skillset they will help you along the way. why don't you come alone and give it a go

Welcoming and family friendly club, where you can train in a supportive and inclusive environment. Highly recommended! Classes to suit all abilities for kids up to adults.

I would recommend fife kickboxing 100%, the instructors are fantastic and are very good with the kids even my son who is adhd and he loves to attend his class on a Saturday morning

My kids love it, the instructors are amazing with the kids. They will teach them safety at home/school too.

This is a brilliant, not just club but community. Both of my kids and myself attend classes here and I wholeheartedly recommend it for adults and childrens classes.

I've trained with this club for 4 years. They have a ladies only class, mixed adult class, and a fab kickfit class. I nearly forgot to mention the kids classes.. They are great fun! Fab instructors & a really awesome bunch of folk to train with. We come in all different sizes and ability with one thing in common we love to train. Did I mention we laugh alot aswell.

Excellent classes for both kids and adults. My daughter loves the Lil' Dragons class. The instructors are fantastic with the kids. I've been training for about 9 months myself and my fitness level had improved drastically.
