Competition winners will be contacted via Facebook (tagged in an announcement post and private messaged), You will then have 1 month to collect your prize. After 1 month or if you're unable to collect your prize, a new winner will be chosen at random. We do not deliver prizes so please make sure you're able to collect from Festival Park, Ebbw Vale before entering our competitions and giveaways.

Please check your privacy settings before entering any competitions to make sure there is a way for us to contact you. Don't forget to also check your 'other' messages folder on the day that the winner is announced so you don't miss it.
