I have always hated the Dentist, but I was made to feel welcome and was engaged with and the service is thorough and prompt! Very good! Highly recommended!!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their chosen profession. The practice is very clean, crisp and welcoming. The receptionists are extremely friendly, easy to chat to and are able to take your mind off any impending dentistry. The dentists themselves are very friendly, explain everything that you need to know in a way that makes you more comfortable. You are not pushed into a decision, you can make your own choice and they will stick to it. No pressure selling or scare tactics. The examination rooms are very modern and everything is laid out in a manner to make it much easier to perform dentistry work. If you are having a crown made and cited, you can even see it being made in their 3D printer, which if you are interested is very clever. They have an automated appointment alarm system, so when you book a consultation, you receive an email for your diary, and then another email a few days before your appointment to confirm that you are able to visit. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who is looking to visit a dentist or looking to change their current dentist. I give this practice 5 Stars for their all round ability and professionalism.

The staff at Ferring Dental Practice are excellent. I am always made to feel welcome and comfortable from the friendly greeting at reception to the brilliant care provided by the clinical staff. I would highly recommend this practice to any prospective patients. You will not be let down!
