Very angry and dissoppinted with the level of dental care, staff and service.

After a botched tooth removal and falsely being told my wisdom tooth was fused to the bone I paid to have the tooth removed privately elsewhere. I was then told by the other dentist the tooth was not fused and she pulled it out in minutes - as opposed to Pearl dentals attempted removal which took 30 minutes and mearly brused my gum and cracked the tooth.

Due to the partially removed tooth infection spread into my gum and a second tooth.

I have now had two cancelled appointments in a row, one only notified less than an hour before, and risk loosing a second tooth. 

I've paid my dental plan here and now risk loosing a tooth due to their inability to see patients.

I wait on baited breath to see if they can actually resolve this issue.

I have found the staff wholly unsympathetic and invite them to call me to actually resolve this.
