Service with a smile! I had to ring for an emergency appointment with a painful abscess (my fault as I have not seen a dentist for years). The whole team were great, the receptionist fitted me in the same day and the dentist quickly and seemingly easily! sorted my tooth out. I have to go back for a root filling but I have a great deal of confidence from my first visit and mercifully am pain free. Thank you so much

Dr Shah is an amazing dentist. She very patient, gentle and kind. She has also gone above & beyond with her services for me. The whole team are wonderful and very accommodating. I would always recommend this practice to anyone looking for first class service.

Time wasters and awful customer service I left feeling humiliated. After my first visit which I was very disappointed about I went back for a second visit. I first called the practice to ask what they would do on my second visit as the dentist had failed to even give me a thorough check up at my first visit. They told me just to come in and the dentist would chat to me then. When I arrived the dentist and her assistant basically sat me down and had a go at me saying there was nothing they could do for me and to find somewhere else to go as I had left a negative review for my first visit. The dentist was extremely rude I left feeling embarrassed and humiliated. Terrible customer service they did not want to address my concerns at all. I would NOT recommend going to this practice. To sit someone down and have a go at them is totally not right they have no idea what is going on in my personal life at the time. I now have to find another dentist. They did not even want to try and help me.

Visited for the first time yesterday currently not very impressed. Went for my first check up but have had some teeth problems too which I explained , they took X-rays taped a few of my back teeth but could not pinpoint a problem so sent me away and told me to make another appointment for two weeks time but which time they said any infection may show up on an X-ray. Paid £55 for 3 teeth to be taped and X-rays.what I was disappointed about was I assumed that when you have your first visit at the dentist they give you a full examination they assess ALL of your teeth and feel around your jaw for any problems and make a complete examination which is why I went. Maybe I am wrong but in previous dental places I have been too that is the first thing they do assess all of your teeth and make a proper assessment. I expect I may get that next time but then that will be another £55 so in my mind I will have paid £110 in a total of two weeks just for a check up!!! Also I was told that if any infection does come, up as a result of toothache, which I still have now than I’m to go back to my original dentist!!!! Or the emergency dentist ( been there before and they were useless) as this dentist in on holiday. So I left none the wiser no full examination still have tooth pain waiting for an infection to possibly come and £55 lighter! Really disappointed after my first visit paid £55 for a few X-rays taped 3 teeth have no idea about the other teeth and none the wiser about any treatment plan going forward. I have been looking for a good dentist now for 3 months after reading the reviews I was super excited to go as thought I had found a good one but so far very disappointed. I was initially going to go to the strand as lots of my friends go there but thought as this was a new business and just around the corner I would support a new local business. I’m going to go to the next visit and fingers crossed I get a better examination of all my teeth and come away with a treatment plan but I assume that will cost me again. 😩😩😩😩😩😩

Excellent experience over all in terms of customer service,treatment and professionalism.Great with children.Reception staff are friendly and courteous.I highly recommend this practice.
