I am not normally a "hat person", but wanted something special for my son's wedding. The 2 staff were very attentive and helpful. I was able to "book" my hat for July. An amazing range of hats, and the 'hiring' price is great. There is limited parking in the side road, with resident parking further up the road,  but I was told once in the shop that they have a resident permit for the road.

Hired a beautiful hat for my daughters wedding this weekend.  Girls were really helpful and made me feel very welcome  nothing was to much . Highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thankyou

Christine Carroll my wife was not impressed by the owner at all. She had no personal skills and zero customer service. On her 2nd arranged visit which she had asked specifically for a 15 minute window, she was greeted by the owner/manager with “you do realise you’ve only got 15 minutes “ not a hint of friendliness or respect. I do not recommend using their services at all.

Visited this shop yesterday with my daughter,I wanted a hat for her wedding.Firstly the shop was cold, the owner wearing a coat and scarf.We felt as if we were actually in the way,even though we had an appointment, Deana the owner/manager looked bored to tears, horrible atmosphere.

Felicity hat hire has been so accommodating with me . I had changed my mind on several occasions and nothing has been to much trouble . I've got to say being MOG is sooooooo stressful . Thank you felicity hat hire . Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic shop A extensive choice of fabulous hats fascinators and more I explained what i was thinking of and the wonderful lady had my vision immediately I tried on 4 hats before falling in love with this most beautiful creation for my daughters wedding I would definitely recommend a visit if you need a hat and hiring is so much better than paying a really high price if you may never wear it again My hat is exceptional quality I carnt wait to wear it in may x

Good choice of hats and my wife was very impressed by their their very helpful and friendly approach in choosing a suitable hat for a wedding. Need  to book an appointment in advance. They told us that they had supplied 300 hats for Ascot this week and were very busy during Aintree Grand National week.

For someone who feared hats I ended up hiring one. Good staff who were very helpful

Hired a hat for my grandson's wedding  the ladies where lovely very helpfull on style which ones would suit me as I'm only small and a good price to hire.

Went to Felicity hats about 2 weeks ago. Had a lovely lady who tried her best to get the right hat for my daughters wedding. Went again today and was looked after by Rose. Experience fabulous and came away with the right hat for my outfit. Felt like the mother of the bride. Thank you ladies.
