The first time i ordered from this place was really good - the item was fab. The second time i ordered 2 out of the 3 items were missing and it took customer service nearly a week to respond. I then re purchased my missing cargo trousers only to receive an item that has been very incorrectly made - the label said size 4 but it was more of an 8-10 baring in mind i’d already ordered the same pair in black and the size 6 was perfect yet these size 4 were baggy and unflattering.. To have 2 negative experiences out of my 3 has put me off repurchasing which is a shame considering i liked this place the first time.
Clothes are great customer service is great especially the tall lady with dark hair when you return an item she doesn't make you feel you shouldn't be shes just very understanding
We love storm. My daughter lost her pandora earing in there and didnt realise. Thankyou to the girl who answered my call she found it and put it away for us to collect. Also the the lady who was on the changing rooms on Thursday she really helped my daughter and got her everything she wanted. What she didn't realise is my daughter has autism and only likes certain material's but she was so patient with her. Thankyou so much for all your help
Half my wardrobes from here, they sell the best bags, coats, gym sets, hair extensions. It’s all so cheap as well

I seen this shop on Facebook, and i had a look and noticed they had some lovely styles of jacket. So i decided to order 3 jackets from here , well they arrived in a few days which i was very impressed with because this shop is based in Liverpool and I live in Glasgow.They are stunning I have had compliments from everyone , they are unique and lovely quality and for the price I am shocked gorgeous> I am already looking at what to buy ext haha . Thank you storm desire it was a pleasure doing business
Wanted a coat for Christmas, ordered it the week of Christmas and they kindly posted next day delivery. Fab service and lovely coat will definitely be buying from here in the future!
