Family run pet store, cheaper than pets at home for virtually everything. Website with even better deals than can be found in store and free to pick up in store.

8 days from order and still no dispatch. No communication from the company. Left 3 messages over 24 hours and nobody has got back to me. Very poor service.

Mouldy dry dog food delivered, had in writing that would send another bag with next order. When ordered, said that the offer was not authorised, staff had left, and they would not honour it. No loyalty or help after 10 years being a customer. Shameful - don't buy there - no customer care.

A huge choice of pet supplies. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to park outside and staff will carry heavy items for you.
