Unhelpful and unprofessional. The owner is totally miserable, when he has to talk he does so begrudgingly with single syllable grunts, then tells you to be quiet because he's stock taking, very very rude. You'd think he'd be glad of the trade with the online shops being cheaper. I will never use this store again.
