This new m&s has no cafe or toilet facilities. I had a complaint with the store overcharging me for the 3 for £10 deal and meal for 2 offer for £10, I spoke to the manageress and found her quite arrogant and rude. There’s also a limited time for parking at this store otherwise you’ll face a hefty fine.

This M&S has a professional atmosphere and fresh produce with attentive staff. Easy parking with no parking charges.

The staff at this store are fab, pauline should get a mention as she welmoes you and takes time out to ask if your ok. We wellknow in the store by all the staff and we have always felt welcome and that nothing is a problem.

Dodgy meal deal labelling. 3 for £10 is often wrong when you go through the checkout. Make sure they dont diddle you! Steak and Chicken pies were awful...no steak in the pie just gravy and fat..Chicken pie tasteless... Curry deal tried it wont again..tastless..chicken not cooked in the sauce ...dont bother if you like a tasty curry.

Would have given it 5 stars, but getting in and out of the car park is such a pain! First M&S that appears to have a decent selection of vegetarian meals. Will definitely be returning
