The Featherstone Leigh Teddington branch were very helpful and professional, and made the experience of finding a flat to rent much easier, more stress-free and much more enjoyable. We did one day of viewings with Penny, and found our flat on that day! Stacey and Lorraine were very helpful, efficient and readily available throughout the rest of the process.

Featherstone Leigh's Teddington office were extremely helpful in finding us a 1 bed apartment. Ashleigh in particular was diligent and responded in a timely fashion to the queries we had. The whole process went smoothly from the start. We arranged with F&L to view four properties on a Saturday morning. We liked the second property, placed a bid and had it accepted by the landlord on the Monday. The whole process went seamlessly and to be completely honest it wasn't something we expected having been tenants in the rental market for many years and having experienced some pretty poor service on more than one occasion from various letting agents. Based on our experience I wouldn't hesitate recommending F&L to anyone seeking a rental property.

This is the only time in my life where I had an enjoyable experience dealing with agents. Ashleigh went above and beyond in accomodating my schedule, so I can see flats as soon as they came on the market. She was attentive to my specific needs, managed to work with my limited availability, lining up multiple viewings and a day.... Result: found my dream flat and everything was done to help me secure it fast! Top notch service and professionalism. I recommend!

They serve best service. The properties they upload in rightmove are real ones and are even better than their pictures. I got the property with FT in Teddington and really recommend this agent.
