Excellent service from Matt and the Snellers team over the last 4 years..... They have helped us to buy a factory, sell a property and we are working on 2 more properties. This started with an extensive search on properties within a 10 mile radius of Teddington.  They have brought to the table experience and market knowledge about building aquisitions, refurbishments and selling too.  Very pleased with the service we get.

Spoke to murry Smith before Xmas about a commercial dispute in Hounslow. He said he only worked on special cases and did not take on cases without prepayment.  Dissatisfied with their approach.

We are a group of 10 leaseholders who were extending our leases at the same time. Although we chose to hire another company to represent us we would highly recommend Sneller Commercial Surveyors when it comes to their professionalism. A thorough undertaking of Dilapidations resulted in thousands of pounds of work that the Lease required by outgoing Tenants.
