Went to look at a property on Tennyson Ave today. Arrived on time as did a second party scheduled to view the property at the same time! This is a amateurish sales tactic that attempts to put potential purchasers under pressure. Free advice - if the purchaser is going to be spending +£1m don’t make them wait on the road whilst you’re inside trying to flog the property to somebody else.

Featherstone Leigh have let and managed my property in Twickenham since 2009. They have always let the property quickly to good tenants and then managed it professionally. They have been trustworthy and provide accurate monthly reporting which is very helpful. As I don't live locally I rely on Featherstone Leigh exclusively to look after the property and would happily recommend them to any prospective landlord.

The Twickenham team is very professional, hands-on and reliable. They did a great job managing the property we rented for 2 years and been extremely helpful in the selling process as well. Would definitely recommend them.

We used Featherstone Leigh to rent our house out and to manage the rental. They have been very efficient from the start - in finding suitable tenants, to arranging any repairs etc., carrying out inspections, keeping us updated with any relevant issues and liasing between the tenants and ourselves. We are very happy with the service they have been providing us.
