After many months on the market and 3 failed sales with another agent we moved to Dexters and were immediately impressed with their professionalism and expertise. We had our first offer within a week of going back onto the market and managed to exchange within 5 weeks of accepting another offer. Kris and Lesley were both brilliant in pushing our sale through quickly and smoothly and communicated with us at all times. Huge thanks to everyone in the team who made the whole process very stress free, which was particularly welcome after our previous experience.

We first bumped into Dexters some years ago when we were looking for a rented accommodation.  We found them most helpful.  We dealt with one Joseph Tong and he was very good at his job.  He has sadly left the country.  We now deal with Mr Sheikh Mohsin who is efficient, helpful and a professional   I will happily recommend him to anyone!

Decided to use Dexters last week, I was nervous as i had a bad experience with another agent last year after having my property on their books for two weeks told me i had to drop the price by 100k I refused but every week they told me i would not sell with out the reduction. I had taken my property off the market for two months and have been reluctant to put it back on.  Ann from Dexters  put me at ease and was very straight talking she did not over promise to get my business.  I decided to go with them and signed the contract Thursday, my property was live by Monday and three viewings have already been booked hours after going live. I feel very confident I have made the right decision.

I swapped to Dexters after some unsuccessful months with another agent. I walked into Dexters in Teddington and without looking at her screen or notepad Donna knew my house straight away from her valuation six months previously, she knew all the details without looking them up which was very impressive. Donna sealed my confidence with her enthusiasm and she got all of her team straight round to view my house that day. Within 24 hours I had a low offer and within two weeks the house had gone under offer to a lovely local couple. Kudos has to be given here to Kris, who had a calm professional approach to sorting out the figures. Lesley kept us on track md fully updated through to exchange. So in summary, I have been highly impressed and would recommend Dexters Teddington if you’re looking for a speedy and smooth sale.
