I was recommended Featherstone Leigh East Sheen by a friend who went through their previous purchase with them. I had an excellent experience with Matt who did a really great job getting my purchase through in a very tight deadline. He was organised and proactive, prompt with responses and great to work with. Highly recommended.
Thanks to the Featherstone Leigh team in East Sheen, we finally moved into a lovely flat. Emma, Emily and Tom were really friendly, helpful and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with them. The process from viewing to check-in was handled well and they were really good in corresponding with us all the way, which is really key to a smooth and successful transaction. The fees are reasonable compared to the other agencies we came across with, while we were still looking for a property. Sadly, the property we're renting isn't managed by them, it would've been perfect.
My partner and I have had an excellent experience dealing with Richard from Featherstone Leigh. We recently completed the purchase of our first home and Richard has been a constant source of help and guidance throughout the process. We had a number of complications with the seller's solicitors, meaning the sale took over 6 months from start to finish, but Richard really helped drive them on. Being first time buyers, we had a number of questions that Richard was on hand to help with whenever we needed and he always acted professionally, with integrity and complete honesty. We will definitely use Featherstone Leigh again and have already been recommending to others.
The team at Featherstone Leigh were terrific. They fully understood what I was looking to achieve and most certainly delivered for me. They were totally professional, organised, friendly and great to work with. I mainly dealt with Emma and Tom, both of whom I found a delight and would highly recommend them. My overall experience with Featherstone Leigh over a number of years has always been a positive one and their new offices in East Sheen are great too!
I cannot rate the service I have received from Featherstone Leigh highly enough. They are the most friendly and professional estate agents I have ever dealt with. From my first viewing with Tom, to dealing with the paperwork and the move with Emma, everything has run really smoothly. Emma, in particular, has been extremely friendly and communicative, and really made me feel at ease during a stressful time. After having had quite a few negative dealings with estate agents previously, this has restored my faith!
Once again we´ve had a really positive experience with Featherstone Leigh. Emma was a very dedicated member of the lettings team who worked tirelessly to help us find new tenants. Great job and would recommend using their services to anyone looking to rent out their home.
My fiancee and I were looking to rent a new flat and had been in touch with umpteen Estate Agents. Featherstone Leigh East Sheen were a cut above the rest, especially one negotiator in particular, Emily Hill. Emily went beyond the call of duty on several occasions and was able to secure us a lovely flat that met all our requirements. Her colleagues in the office are also friendly and helpful; I can heartily recommend their services.
I have rented my property for the last year through Featherstone Leigh and am pleased to say the contract is renewed for another term and I am more than satisfied to continue with their services. During the course of the past year, I have found Tom Russell-Allen Lettings Manager, to be most helpful, well-informed, courteous and professional and he always makes the time, to promptly respond to my needs as a property owner.
I was very happy with Featherstone Leigh especially with the manager Tom Russell- Allen. Tom was very helpful and understood my needs and also the rest of the team . Estate agent not always have the best reputation but renting my flat through them was a pleasant experience and they also found me a lovely tenant . ..
