I've had a letting through Richmond Bridge Residential for about a year and a half. Their service is exceptional, they are truly professionals and committed to their job. All the crew is helpful and they truly try to solve your issues. I can definitely recommend them.

I believe that RBR think they’re doing a good job but they don’t know when the wool is being pulled over their eyes; our landlords ended up spending far more than they needed and we had to put up with endless contractor visits. We have a famous ‘six people to replace a dishwasher’ story and a cowboy glazier who had one company liquidated by HMRC and the next one stuck off by companies house – unsurprisingly the glass he fitted wasn’t all toughened like he charged for, and it was too small and fitted crooked. There are more examples like this ... Then there’s the narcissistic and conceited emails (350 of them in 18 months). The lack of empathy would be funny if you’re not having to deal with the stupidity of it all. We are ending our tenancy and I emailed to offer to end the utilities and services a few days later so they weren’t lumbered with bills for a short void period. I got a curt ‘we’ll deal with that’ email back followed by an accusation of bullying. It entertained the office, but it’s all a bit pathetic and unnecessarily stressful. They’re very well meaning but be careful, if you run in to problems it will become we vs. you.

Highly professional service with sole property provided to customers. Their after purchase service is also more than satisfactional.

I have used RBR for about 14 years (2001 to 2015) to manage my flat rental. I live abroad and have totally trusted their advice and management of my rental investment. They have conducted their business in a very professional manner which has given my complete peace of mind. I would recommend their services to anyone.
