David is an excellent estate agent. Right from the get go he was completely 100% across my sale, working tirelessly to secure a timely and satisfactory deal. He was always easy to get hold of, always well informed about all aspects of the transaction and ready and willing to offer help and advice when required throughout. I would thoroughly recommend him without any hesitation whatsoever - I felt he left the bigger estate agents standing at the starting blocks as he coasted over the finishing line!
David provided a very professional service catering to our need for a fast turn around without hesitation. His realistic pricing and 'offers over' strategy for our property sale worked well. Communication was excellent throughout. High recommended especially if you are wary of working with big name estate agents.
David is a phenomenal estate agent, by far the best I have ever encountered. He really went above and beyond to help and gave us great, expert advice - not for money, but because he genuinely wanted to help. Would recommend his services to anyone. Thanks again David!
We entrusted David with the sale of our property having known him from when he acted as our rental agent for the same property previously. We definitely made the right decision - he worked tirelessly on what turned out to be a challenging process in a volatile climate and with various obstacles thrown in along the way. David was always on the case, continuously communicating and always knowledgable and helpful way above and beyond the scope of his contract!
