KF Richmond were actually acting on behalf of vendor that was selling the property to me. Laura from the team was very proactive, kept communication open and made sure the process was moving at all times. I would definitely go to her to sell my property in the future!

My siblings and I chose Knight Frank to sell our mother’s house after her death. They were very helpful, communicative, courteous, personable and professional. Luke, Edward and Mathew worked tirelessly on our behalf and kept us informed throughout. They persevered to the end with cheerfulness and humour even when the selling process became frustrating and difficult. We would highly recommend them.

We could not be more pleased with Knight Frank’s handling of our property sale. Their intimate knowledge of The Teddington and Hampton Wick residential markets meant that we ran through the whole process from first meeting to completion within 8 weeks.

Professional and efficient as well as being charming and friendly throughout.
