Unfortunately Faversham is owned by Shepherd Neame. But on a good note there are a couple of excellent Free Houses. Try The Elephant for a great choice with no Shepherd Neame beers in sight.
Faversham is a mediaeval beautiful town with nice options of restaurants and cafes has countless museumsnYou should check the Magna carta in the tourist information centre museumnThe train station has connections to London Victoria and King’s Cross as well as the south of England towns
I love this station. Really well kept. Lots of old world features. Very friendly staff. Good facilities too.
Beautiful lil town with some historical interests. Good service n nice staff.
This station always seems bigger than it should be. Four platforms! Yet a relatively small town. The past come alive as we wrestle with the legacy of our Victorian infrastructure.nnSubterranean entrance; travel by sloped tunnel from the single ticket barrier to platforms. Crowded when busy; a place of contemplative solitude when not. Stairs to platforms narrow precipitously at the summit; a quirk of history. Widen the entrances.nnFall asleep on the high speed line and end up here. The end of the line. Perfect for that role. Could be worse.
