An amazing shop. Terrific Staff and Service. Certainly worth a visit.
Thank you for your kind of attention! My husband and I went when they were about to close and they were very kind to wait for us and gave us extra time to make our shopping, they even gave us two souvenirs for free. They have good quality and diversity of things to meet every choice.
Great customer service. They can help you with suggestions for gifts. I arrive almost closing and they waited for me to finish my shopping
They sell a variety of souvenirs. I bought a can of tea bags from Ahmad and a teddy bear. And they gave me a pencil with a British policeman on it for free: It was a surprise for me and it quite made my day!! Thank you ::
Huge variety of souvenirs which are London-related. Prices are HIGH! Everything sold here can be found a few stores down at another shop for much lower prices. My experience was this: I purchased a nice hoodie there with "LONDON" and the Union Jack sewed on the front. The price was £36. I like a hoodie that is roomy and loose, so I made sure to buy one in a larger size. my normal size for a shirt or hoodie would be a "large". The one I purchased was labeled and tagged as 3XL. As I was very busy while in London and it was the end of May when I was there. About two weeks later, I finally tried on the 3XL hoodie, and it barely fit me as it was a tight fit. I would, at best, the 3XL was actually a medium! This purchase was a waste of £36 for me!!! WARNING!!!: the sizing of the clothing is random af and you need to try on anything prior to buying it from these people!!! A 3XL was a Medium at best! Take my advice and move down the street to the very nice folks who have the other souvenir shops there and save money on your purchases. Not sure about their sizing, but try it on before buying it!
While this shop may have good items and souvenirs, if you're a woman or identify as a female in any way, don't go! I was groped by one man and then harassed by one of the workers who continuously told me how much he liked my body and that I'm always welcome back since he's there all week. He was the one at the till and decided it was appropriate to not only kiss the teddy bear I was purchasing and rub it on his face but to also give me a "gift" for free since he liked me so much. If you don't want to be harassed go somewhere else.
Nice place Good location Though Costly
What a horrible horrible place. Simply asked if there was a deal on shirts and the guy scoffed in our faces. Prices are RIDICULOUS. do not recommend. You can get the sale kind of gifts from the corner shop down the street called London in yellow street.
Fancy gifts, yeah. But before you pay, must check the prices yourself. Cause one old man cashier cheated the price. And after I complained, he said it was a mistake, but if it was his mistake, then why he removed the price sticker from the gift what I payed? And he never say sorry. He gave me the rest of money back, but actually it wasn't still right. His atitude was rude as well. I was very tired, so I left there. I had no energy for argue. Anyway, I won't spend my time and money there again.
My wife and I visit London every couple of years and stop by the Baker St location and buy gifts for our grandchildren and have never had an issue. In September 2013 we purchased a VW bus tea pot and case and a couple of other items and paid them to ship them to our home. After several months waiting I contacted them and they said their delivery service tried to deliver the items and returned them to London. We were never notified of an attempted delivery, no notice, no call, nothing. My wife is a stay at home homemaker. I contacted them and after several emails they said to call and give them my credit card number for a refund. The person could not be reached. I sent several additional emails that have not been answered. They have ripped me off for my money. Never again will we shop at this chain.
