Story

We are currently working hard in anticipation of the launch of the ARTBOX online shop, where you will be able to buy kawaii stationery, gifts, homeware and plushies featuring all of your favourite characters such as Rilakkuma, Moomin, Monchhichi, Gudetama, Sumikko Gurashi, Domo Kun, Hello Kitty, Mamegoma, Snoopy, My Melody and many more. Pretty shop with cute Hello kitty and compagnie stuff ! Made in Japan... Price : some stuff okay some little bit expensive I think for alternative Miniso not to bad also ... but good to go for a check , kind staff .... may have line up
Everything is super cute. Although if you live in the UK, it is better to purchase online rather than buying from the store. There are more items available online and free delivery over £25. If you visit the store, try to be there before 6. The queue to the shop can be long, we waited 30mins at 6pm on a Tuesday, and the store was closing at 7pm.
super cute place for people who love plushies, bt21 and sanrio! i enjoyed it a lot! downside is that it is quite expensive
This store is amazing. I am fan of Hello Kitty, Totoro and other Japanese characters. If you are a fan as well, this place is a must. Really nice organised by themes. The have a good variety of stuff. It gets crowded really quickly as the place is not big. You must need to to wait outside but it is worth to wait.
100% worth going. The line at the front of the store took about 20-25 minutes, met some lovely people, there’s a large selection of Sanrio, bt21 and Pusheen, cute snacks and lovely workers, the products had fair/ good pricing considering they are all licensed and imported from japan!! The workers were kind and had beautiful outfits
Absolutely adorable place to shop for cute stuff within the genre! As a big fan of Kuromi, I was super excited to go there. From personal experience, the best days to go are within working days. The queue outside can be long and slow on the weekend, especially during holidays. It is 100% worth the wait, though, for how themed it is and how cute the place is laid out!

Love coming here now and then, I work around the area so its always a nice treat to pop in and see what new things they have. The staff are always so lovely and sweet I would reccommend coming here on a weekday either late noon or in the morning, as the queueing can be quite intense on weekends. The shop is a little small so its a bit hard to navigate around if its quite busy but they have a lovely collection of sanrio, other cute japanese mascots and stationary too. I love the little home bits they have like bath mats, bowls, cups and mugs. I would say its a bit pricey but it is official merch and I understand importing it from Japan can be a bit expensive. Good for when you need a last minute gift, but definitely can find it cheaper elsewhere online
Staff is really nice. The store isn’t big but it is popular so it gets crowded easily. The window decor is soo cute and they have a great selection of merchandise. Though a little disappointed at the lack of Badtz Maru merch. They have a lot of the main Sanrio characters Hello Kitty, My Melody, Kuromi, etc as well as SanX, LINE Friends and BT21. They have some pyjamas, kimono, jackets and dresses as well.
Perhaps one of the few places that sells cute Japanese items mainly from IP Sanrio Hello Kitty, My Melody etc. A small shop but tries to stock as much product as possible. Not sure if online offers more items but it’s really nice to physically see the products. Would say the items are authentic and well made. We bought a ceramic rice bowl and a plastic cup. £9.99 and £7.50 respectively. Staff is helpful and would be more than happy to open any box or cabinet for a customer to have a better look at items.
