photo frame has i think manufacturing problem where the glass does not meet, i am disabled and to return have to catch a taxi what cost me £10.00 which is not worth returning ,i am also 60 old and not very good at computers so can not get a photo up on here ,which they insist on ,or NO REFUND, will not buy of FANCY DRESS MAGIC STORE AGAIN , i will go to someone who has a good customer service ,can not rate AMAZON enough for there customer service

A very poor customer service , i ordered 24 costumes with this company and asked them what discount i would recive via ebay , there options on the page would not let me purchase a costume without facepaint , but with us being umpa lumpas we wanted it anyway , so after i paid and picked the costume's up myself i got home to relise there was no face paint , due to me assuming it was a fault of my own i decided to ignore it and sort it out myself , now 5 days later i ordered another costume with this company and requested face paint " because i didnt have the option to purchase it without " it came the next day and there was still no face paint , so after me figureing out it was due to fault of themselfs , they checked over the previous orders and admitted there was a fault with the page , but then refused to send me the 24 facepaints i was entitled to , i would personally advise anyone to not order any large amout of products with this company , they are quite clearly out there depth and refuse to accept responsibility .
