0 stars!! Shocking customer service Mark suggested my feet are dirty!!! Real nice comment to a first (and last) customer. so rude on many many levels!!!!! wouldn't refund a pair of shoes but acknowledged that hadn't been worn!! Didn't response to 3 emails and argued that they had even been sent!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY!!!

Fantastic service. Grabbed a pair of heels for work, on clearance. Easy to navigate site, and very helpful. Got them in two days! Dispatched the day after I ordered. Got a text on the day of the delivery telling me the time and the driver arrived right on schedule! Will definitely be using again. P.s the shoes are also beautiful!
