I walked in to see what coffee options they had on the machine. Upon one button press, coffee began to dispense. No options, no confirmation. I then got berated by the woman at the till, as if this was intentional. Saying that I had to pay for it. I did. But then decided to do my week's shopping at Sainsbury's instead, where I had no issues.
