Excellent service from Exminster Garage. Very competitive quotation for the brake pads I needed when compared with the dealership (saved me a small fortune!) and the free collection is a great service. Car collected and dropped back on time by Glen. Great personal service, highly recommended!

I have been taking my vehicles to this garage for over 10 years and have had nothing but excellent service. All work has been finished on time and on budget. Also quite handy is the fact that I can leave the car for a small repair and spend some time in the local driving range whilst the job is finished. Also reading the review below reference the hand break. I used to work in a company and the engineers car and we had the same problem from another main dealer garage. The fault was because the breaks had not bedded in. I have always been trained to leave the car in gear especially on a hill. Good practice and common sense I think.

Took my car in for some major engine work. While in there they manage to break the radio, resulting in a constant loud buzzing from all of the cars speakers when the ignition was on. As a result I had to disconnect the radio for several weeks until I could purchase a replacement at a cost of several hundred pounds, which they didn't pay for. Additionally a neigbour recently took their car there for a service. Got home and parked the car and went into their house. They came out to find that the car had rolled away and crashed into a nearby house, breaking the rear window. The garage hadn't adjusted the handbrake properly. I also have a friend who has been using them for years and has never had a problem, so it seems to be lucky dip, but I'd never use them again.
