Recentl;y visited Evesham Autocentre in order to get water jets to front and rear windows fixed.  Also pointed out a fault with a warning light.  Given a price over the telephone to have the work done, which we accepted.  However, upon picking up the car, was hit with a further £50 on the bill, which was not within the price given for the work.  Warning light had also not been fixed and car display had been left out of sync.  Was told "we always charge £50 for a diagnostic check whether work is done or not. Also, when you sign to book in the car you have automatically agreed to the £50 fee".  Apparently the charge is listed on the opposite side of the booking in form, but is not pointed out or advertised.  Very sneaky. Beware.  Would never either use or recommend again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fixed the issue with my car within the day and kept me updated on the progress.

Really friendly staff, cheap price for the MOT, was quick, and they fixed the problems on the spot for a good price ensuring my car was safe ✌🏽

Needed 2 new tyres. The whole process from picking the tyres on line, to booking an appointment, and getting them fitted, was very easy, and professionally done.
