I placed an order with these I've just eat and when it arrived and I was about to plait it up I noticed that there was no meat in my two portions  of chicken chow mein I phoned them directly for them two rectify the issue that I had with my meal and the lady on the phone was very abrupt and rude to myself and my mother and also stated that they would not have made that mistake twice I did also ask if they could either resend out a new order or if they would have liked to have refunded me some of the money they were not happy about doing either and then I asked if it's possible to speak to either the manager owner the lady had stated that he is too busy to take my call and also stated abruptly that she is now over 15 minutes of her time by taking my call and then slammed the phone down on me and my mother we also noticed that our order was over £25 which we should have also received a bottle of pop and free poppadoms which we never had and after my partner started to tuck in to a cold meal he's had noticed that his bamboo and water chestnuts we're very tangy which put him off eatting he meal I have never wasted £25 on a meal that I have never been satisfied with I do think if this business still like to continue then it needs to up their game big style and have training of customer services I will be informing all my family members and friends etc Facebook about this and I will not be recommending it to anybody so all I got to say is if you were looking to waste your money on an appalling meal and put up with abuse off their staff then you have come to the right place

The staff in that shop are the most incompetent people I have ever come across.  I put an order in and when i came home I was missing half my order , when I phoned up she refused to send down my completed order and she had taken the money for it . 
The staff in that shop need to spend less time talking about their personal lives and actually pay attention to costumers order . This has happened on multiple occasions, it's a piss take

What a load of digusting  food not even my two dogs would touch it,staff very rude and i would not touch this place with a barge.pole  never been so upset over a takeaway,should have just put money in the fire

Usually great food...yet on one occasion recently I was thourouglhy disappointed by the service , food took almost 3 hours to arrive with no prior warning of the wait.i called numerous times to check on the progress of my order and was hung up on.After telling my friends this is a great Chinese , i was greatly embarrassed by the cold chips which arrived after my children were put to bed.Other than this I would consider to  return as I have had many good experiences in the past , I hope this appalling service does not re-occur.

This was my regular takeaway, had been eating from there since it opened. But it has drastically gone downhill! Last time i ordered it was well over 2 hours late! My children had gone to bed by the time it came. I rang after an hour and was told its on its way which wasn't true because it took almost an hour and a half after that. No apologies either. Will never buy from here again. Bad customer service
