Exceptional experience at Everett's that, in our opinion, outperforms its status. The homemade brown bread is the finest we have had and we are still talking about it a few days later. For starters, the scallops were delicate and perfectly cooked. The monkfish, beef shoulder and cod mains were all exceptional and worth a return visit to try again. The staff was top notch, attentive and friendly. We highly recommend making a stop in Waterford to enjoy a dinner here.
Appetizing and delicious food!! We went for 3 course dinner. For main course, I tried wild venison for the first time which was perfectly cooked. Highly satisfied. Perfect dinner experience.Kudos to the chef!!
We loved our dinner at Everett’s. We had no reservation but got a table for dinner. The service was personal and attentive. The food was great! I loved the Monkfish main and the Floating Island dessert. Would recommend!
Great little spot in Waterford. The venue is small and cosey. The wood, exposed brick and terracotta style colour combined with the dim lighting gives a warm vibe. The service are extremely friendly, knowledgable of the menu and can have a bit of banter. The dishes were well portioned, presented really well and tasted amazing. Extremely reasonably priced especially when compared with Dublin and the quality is just as good. Would recommend the monkfish and would definitely go back! Thanks again!
Everett's was the highlight of our stay in Waterford. The food was just amazing, everything we tried was so good including the wine! Fresh products & very good value for money!
Celebration of my wife birthday here. It was absolutely amazing. Never had those kid of flavours in my mouth. Lovely staff...all of them and lady that brought extra desert with candle for my wife...thank you. It's great to eat in the place where someone cook with passion to their work.

Just had the office Xmas night out last night, the whole experience was impeccable; super staff and amazing food. First time dining there, you think you know what you’re getting from what you’ve ordered and when it arrives it blows you away in both its presentation and taste. Absolute quality, top notch. Well done to all the team there to deliver such a quality package. Definitely be back!
You can tell a lot about a restaurant by its menu. So many places today have the same generic dishes...not here. Everetts menu is different...its enticing..it draws you in..it makes you want to try something different...its shows a chef who has flair and talent. The food here is truly scrumptious..each course mouth watering...right down to the desert which was a masterpiece of deliciousness. The staff are bubbly and friendly and caring...ensuring your every need is catered for. The clientele are a mix of young and old. The restaurant is very covid compliant...our covid certs were scanned and checked before entry...and tables are separated by dividers...there is outdoor dining available too. Truly the best restaurant in Waterford...
