Could not fault this hotel in any department staff were Excellent wherever you went from Reception to Breakfast to the Bar 110% Customer service. Especially Emmet in the ber this Lady made our stay laughable fun loving girl always had a smile on her face we will definitely come back to dooleys hotel Waterford food was excellentFood: 5/5

Awful went here for breakfast and they charged me €7.50 for a sausage bacon and an egg, they were very late bringing my toast and there was no coffee included. That was an extra €3.50 If you are looking for your moneys worth dont come here there are plenty of other hotels that treat you properly
Lovely staff, lovely setting. Great location on the quay.... Frances is amazing , and always looks after me. Thanks
Service was extremely poor ; was told the wrong specials ; we ordered but were then told they were out of buns for our burgers ; waited 45 minutes for our food but not extremely busy ! and then was charged for an extra dinner !!! But really the worst thing was the service ; no cutlery when food arrived ; drinks ordered but not delivered ; wrong specials given ; no sauces on table with food ; really really poor ! The food was just okay
Friendly staff but the portions were a bit small
Very poor service in the bar. Staff need a lesson in customer service. Watched a lady clear her table of plates after eating and a waiter and waitress looked at her and walked by. Never heard a member of the bar staff say please or thank you when serving. Would not recommend it.
Good atmosphere, good food and great friendly staff.
Everything about this place I like, staff here would really go out of their way for you. Same goes for the Hotel staff too, and the rooms are so big and comfy.
