Had a really poor experience recently. Car went for MOT and service. When we got it back there were a few more scratches than before the car went for service. When the drivers came to drop the car off they were extremely rude and condescending. I was just querying some of the extra scratches. Asked to see if they had a copy of the sheet of markings they took before taking the car as they hadn't given us a copy. They were very rude in their reply, didn't want to know anything about it and wouldn't even get out of the car to see it. When i went to call up Evans Halshaw to complain about the rude drivers and enquire about the scratches, I couldn't get through to their office so it was redirected to their call centre who were helpful but I had to ring a few times before even getting through. Once i did get through to them on the phone, there were no managers from 3pm. So i spoke to a lady who listened to what i had to say and asked her if she could ask the manager to call me back the next day by midday. Got no call back. Very disappointed with the service, feels like they don't really care about customer experience after sale.

Poor communication, took hours to get in touch over the phone. They kept my car in the garage for 3 weeks, even though I have told them that the car was previously diagnosed elsewhere and I know what it's the issue. They have insisted on taking other tests on the car and charged me extra. Eventually I had the car repaired, ECU replaced. They have broken the plastic backing plate from the ECU. They haven't fitted it back on the backing plate and left the ECU(worth £900) hanging between engine and car battery. Wiring left hanging all over the place and had to spend my time fitting all these back. Very disappointed with the service that I received! I will never use them again!

Evanshalshaw is selling cars only for 2000 miles age Waiting solution from evanshalshaw management before I will go to the court and solve the problem there. For more information  You ask your Mr sales manager in Milton Keynes about the fake car that sold to me by that branch and the car stopped after 2000 miles of driving, and Mr. dealer said go and fight for your car with manufacturer / damaged engine , end of life battery , none geniuan spare parts replaced with out informing the customer before selling the car.  If this dealer respect himself, I need one person in this company can take reasonable action and stop this ridiculous sales managers who sold fake cars  Ask about C4 grand Picasso KX15 TPY

Just traded in and purchased used vehicle. Top service from Tom Orian. Had to contact today re a couple of minor bodywork issues to be sorted out - not a problem. Will be going back for sure when I need to trade in again.... Ask for Tom!

Fantasic service from Leonie Newton in the service department. I was called daily with updates. It's not very often you find someone like Leonie working at a main dealer, nothing was too much trouble and she really went out of her way to make sure everything was right. I will definitely recommend using this dealership in the future.
