Excellent dealership. I helped my disabled Aunt to purchase a new mini and was dealt with by Dennis. He was absolutely thorough in every detail which was very important for my Auntie. Very happy from begging to end and would definitely recommend Group 1 Borehamwood.
Generally worse experience with this dealership and of course at the end we didn’t do any business with them. Tried to make an appointment for a viewing, and then no one reply. Two days later I tried to contact them again and their excuse is the staff I was contacting got COVID. And the car I was looking had already been sold. Around 10 days later the staff I was contacting recovered from the COVID and ask if we still want to have a viewing, booked and we arrived the time before the appointment. When we arrived no one is in the reception, the showroom is no that big and finally it took them more than 45 mins someone had the courtesy to ask if they can help us. The salesman I was contacting didn’t prepare anything before seeing us. His computer “Microsoft windows” was being update so all we can do is to squeeze in between the sofa to look at the website from his mobile phone. Why do we need to go there to just looked at his “mobile phone” when we can just do that from our phone at HOME?? We did have a chance to see some of the mini and get a chance to sit inside. But when we asking to have the details of the car send across of course it didn’t happen. Why do I post a comment you will ask? Because two weeks after we went there, they call again today just to ask if we are still interested in buying a mini. I want to say you know if someone was trying to help you the first time you see them. Even they said they are “delighted” to assist you in the email it’s just a joke. They have lost a customer today, as I was lucky enough to find a different and good dealership that help us to find a good car.
Very polite and nice people but unfortunately really not reliable. I have ordered a car almost10 months ago and have not received it. I can understand delays, but not even having an ETA and receiving contradictory messages about the status of the delivery is extremely disappointing and in my opinion not at the level of the brand.
Dealt with Kerry regarding my lease car going in for a service and then some works needed. She was always friendly and polite and a pleasure to deal with. Real asset to the team there!
Booked an MOT with them online. One working day before the MOT they called me to tell me their online booking system had made an error and they were cancelling the appointment. Now I can’t get another appointment before the MOT expires so I’m without my car! So much for customer care.
We visited the branch today looking for approved used mini hatch Jashua ornstein the sales person has the worst customer service ever He didn't even explain to us at all and we went to see the car he kept saying that its cold outside and didn't let me see the car properly Unfortunately I was so excited to visit the branch but he made it the worst experience. I will have to drive an hour and half to visit a different branch hopefully we get a better experience

Helpful, polite, informative staff. Pity that no loan car or collect / delivery service available despite booking 6 weeks in advance. Disappointing that drainage channels were not cleared of leaves as part of filter service and mini valet. Also windscreen not cleaned of tree sap. Overall not 5* for premium brand compared with other makes that have been owned.
Very easy check-in and an all over great service from booking the appointment to checking out. Very nice service advisor, Dino who kept in touch throughout from confirmation of appointment until calling to collect. Thank you! Coming back Friday to get my car cleaned… hopefully will be just as great!
Very good service. Giving good details of the underneath of the car with video for us to see. People very helpful.Receiption area good. You don't have to wait long with advance check area.
