I travelled quite a distance to look at a few cars, but I couldn't be happier that I did! Everyone was extremely helpful but the salesman I spent most of the afternoon with, Jacob, was an absolute joy. Impressively knowledgeable, honest, very patient with me and, all-round, just a pleasure to do business. I drove away feeling happier about my decision than I could have expected, and all the credit goes to him. Top marks!
Sales executive Jamal Abdul-Malik was exceptional in the service he provided. He was well mannered, able to answer all my queries and very approachable. This was my 1st proper visit and I purchased a new car due to how I was treated and respected as a person and not a number.
Visited on Sunday with an appointment. Friendly & efficient staff on the day and superb showroom. That's where it ends. I was promised a phone call from Lucy that afternoon to arrange a test drive - I phoned twice on Monday to chase it up. Today is Wednesday and still no phone call. No problem - I ordered a new car yesterday. Different make from a dealer who wanted my business. Quite shocked by this.
The best service I have ever experienced even though buying a used car from a main dealer. I would Highly recommend asking for Foyzul in sales. His communication is above and beyond, always a true smile and goes out of his way to help in anyway he can.nThe environment is friendly and very clean.
