Had a great experience buying a 19 plate Ford with Dayton yesterday at Walsall. He was professional, friendly and just got the job done. He gave me time to look at the car and I was able to have a good test drive with the car. Would highly recommend the branch and Dayton. Had really good sales skills, and made me feel comfortable during the process and not pressured into anything. Happy with my purchase and a lot better than my first experience buying a car previously with a different dealer.
We dealt with Keith over the phone and with Michael in person when buying a second hand Volvo car from this dealership. Keith was very helpful and had everything ready for us on a Sunday after explaining we would be driving to Walsall from London with our 2 babies to collect the car. Without his thoroughness the process would have taken much longer. Michael waited for us on the day, fully briefed on our matter. Michael was helpful, thorough and patient. It made a relatively stressful experience as relaxing as possible and made us feel at ease. The car it self is lovely. We have only had it for 3 days but having bought this off a Ford dealership it gave us confidence to proceed and we hope to stay happy with it. All in all a great experience, and special thanks to Michael again for being so understanding and accommodating. I can recommend both Keith and Michael with confidence.
I purchased a car last weekend and the whole experience was very smooth and easy. After choosing the car on the website the finance was sorted within the hour with no fuss at all. I went into the showroom on the Saturday to view the car and have a test drive. I was met by Shea who was very friendly and professional, showed me the car then left me alone to have a look over it and then take it for a spin. Car was then delivered to my work on the Monday. No hassle. I would definitely buy from here in the future. Shea was great and couldn't have been any more helpful.
There is nothing worse when looking for a car than a sales person hovering around, Shea Feeley was brilliant, he left us alone to look round the car but was happy to answer any question we had. Like Shea I'm a tall fella and he pointed out the pros and cons of the car we was looking at Ford Puma after another look we chose a Ford Kuga. Shea sorted everything out and made the whole experience stress free. We will definitely be going back to him again for our next car.
I made an online booking request for a while-you-wait morning service and awaited confirmation which arrived the following day after my chasing phone call. Unfortunately, without any consultation with myself, the confirmation stated that the vehicle should be ready at 5pm. When I queried this length of time, I was advised quite firmly that a major service takes that long. I know from many years of experience that this is not true so I cancelled and booked in at another Ford garage that fully understands good customer service, business vehicle needs and guarantees morning service completion.
Fantastic service and help from Laura. Helped us by answering a lot of questions we bombarded her with. Back next week to test drive a very nice car. Very pleased. Pleasant staff and Laura was particularly helpful and patient. This will be the third car we’ve bought from them. No complaints from us.
Went with Daughter to buy a car, looked round with no harassment from sales people bonus. Then a young Lady named Laura asked if she could help she did, found the exact car she wanted. Deal done very generous part exchange as well. Very pleased with her service.
A great place to buy a car, Sean Buckley Used Car Sales Leader has been prompt, professional and most of all helpful. This obviously filters to his team as Brandon Barrett Used Car Sales Executive acted in the same way. Well done, would recommend.
I’d just like to say first-of-all, a thank you to the fantastic Brandon at this branch. He a sales person was very patient and understanding when it came to helping me with my used car purchase, and previous car trade-in. A lovely chap who was always on one end of the phone or computer whenever needed. The branch that he works for, were also easy to deal with. Since the purchase, the car is still as described, and working well as intended. Another big thanks to Brandon and the team.
