3.9 review rating, I was a fool for going with this company. I have financed quite a few cars but this is the worst experience I’ve had. I financed a car 6 months ago and already I am having major engine problems and other issues. What a shame. I wouldn’t recommend it and next time I will make sure I go for dealer with 5 star rating not below that. Waste of money and time this company.

From start to finish these guys were brilliant not only did they give me great customer service but the after sales care was amazing, I came to view a car for my brother and we took it for a test drive and we was very impressed. They also added AA cover with the purchase of vehicle in case of any breakdowns but I can assure you car has been looked after will return to these guys in the future hopefully will highly recommend to anyone that is uncertain about dealerships these guys will look after you
I purchased a car..Honda Civic on the 4th May. My dealings were with Adam..never got a surname. He was very helpful and courteous as I was buying online not having seen the car, and wanted it delivered. Shortly after the car arrived I realised the air/con wasn't working. I contacted Adam who gave me the go ahead to get it sorted, which I did and Adam got the cost refunded no problem. So far so good. I complained about not receiving any info on the warranty, and was told Autoguard would send this on. Also the service book was stamped but no mileage was recorded and it wasn't signed and dated. I was told that an invoice for the service would be forwarded. Two months on and neither of these things has happened despite numerous emails and phone calls to which I have had no response. A month later I noticed one of the headlights was not working. On closer inspection, there was no bulb in it at all. Just wires dangling and no back cover. On taking it to a garage they also found the fuse had gone, in fact half the fuse was missing, broken off. I think someone was tasked with sorting this and it got forgotten. Also the engine cover is missing. So I guess somewhere in their workshop there maybe an engine cover and a rear headlight cover. I emailed these issues and again no response. I have phoned and spoken to people who say Adam has been in and out of hospital and on occasion have said he is due in later or this afternoon, still nothing. So don't expect much in the way of communication.
We picked up a car from this garage last week and I have nothing but positives to say about these guys. Welcoming from the moment we turned up! One of the guys even made sure my two girls were happy with crisps, sweets etc.. on getting the car home we realised there was a minor issue and within two days of calling them and reporting it to them they came out and had the problem resolved! Customer service was brilliant. Will definitely use them again in the future

Bought a used car which they have taken in part exchange and they were aware of the issues with it , they reset the EML light for Lambda sensor and did not mentioned in the Ad and Sold it to me , dishonesty very shameful for such a dealer who dealing with all expensive cars. Even though its was 15 year old car they should be honest with the issues with the car , money is not matter its the dishonesty .
Fault with the car developed on the journey home which made it nearly undriveable. Reported the same night via email, of which to their credit they responded quickly. We agreed in writing I would take the car to my local garage to diagnose and fix, and Car Connect would reimburse. Once the car was fixed I called and emailed several many times over the course of 2 months to organise the reimbursement. Each time the person I needed to speak to happened to be with a customer and would call me back. One time, I was told the guy I needed to speak with Adam had left and someone else would call me back, fair enough. However next week when I rang back and asked for Adam I was told "sure, let me take your number and I'll get him to call you once he's done with the customer". It seems pretty clear Car Connect had no intentions in reimbursing the costs and seem to think if they just make it difficult for this person he will just go away eventually. Things go wrong, I have no problems with that, I do have a problem with terrible customer service and lies to honest people like myself. If you choose to buy a car from here, just understand you'll need to cross your fingers and hope nothing goes wrong.
