I was looking for a car for ages and found my dream car at this branch and had to do distance selling. The deal was being overseen by Ollie Cox and he was amazing through the whole process and described everything to me so that I could understand it from paying a deposit for the car to setting up a zoom meeting to get the ball rolling. He also did a part-ex on my old car and got me the best possible deal, following so he delivered the car for me after an issue with a delivery driver so I cannot fault my experience and his way of dealing with me and his customer service skills are outstanding. Very polite and easy to get along with and ensured that everything was in place for me, always answering emails and phone calls. He also managed to get the alloys of the car renewed for me so that it was in even better condition by the time it got to me. I am pleased I bought this car at this branch and like I say I cannot fault my experience with Ollie, thank you again.
The car was recalled for a part so we brought it here and the service was fantastic. Danny was very helpful and Alan did a great job making it look shiny and clean! Much appreciated and would always be happy to deal with the guys int he future.
