Recently had my ford car serviced at Hartwell Banbury. Service completed in good time. Advised clearly of what was required from me at the time of booking. Very efficient team. Would like to compliment Julie on the friendly and approachable service on the day of collection.
A great experience from start to finish, with Colin and Mohammad. They was open, honest and helpful in me purchasing my new car. They even stayed behind after hours to help me collect my car, they couldnt do enough. One of the easiest and best experiences I've had buying a car. Thank you so much.
Went in to Hartwell Banbury to look at a couple of Fiestas for my wife. We dealt with Colin who was very polite and explained the various details on both cars. Test drive in both cars wasn't an issue. At no time was there any pressure to buy either of the cars and Colin spoke to my wife as the car was for her - too many times in the past at other dealerships, the salesperson has spoken to me which we found rather rude and at one dealership, they lost a sale on a brand new Focus RS due to the salesperson's attitude - wasn't a problem as I got a better car and deal at Volkswagen! Although we eventually found a higher spec car elsewhere, it would be a disservice to Colin not to rate our overall experience as anything but five stars. Thankyou Colin for your attention!
Dear Mo, Just wanted to drop you a note to say a very big thank you for everything. Today, I finally got my personal registration back on the new car – the final piece of the jigsaw. Overall I’ve been incredibly pleased with the excellent service I received from you both. Back in June I test drove three different cars all in one day VW/Nissan/Ford. And I really liked the Puma – but in addition Daniel was easily the best salesperson. Right from the start I felt confident in buying my car from Hartwell. Daniel never overpromised, was always friendly, helpful, professional and kept me in touch along the way with no pressure whatsoever. Quite a refreshing experience. And a lovely surprise when the car arrived before Christmas. I have no hesitation in recommending Banbury Hartwell Ford to all my friends.
Went there to choose a motability car... was very well looked after by Dan... made to feel like nothing was too much trouble... and explained everything I needed to know... can totally recommend them.
I couldn't fault the service I received from Dan at Hartwell Banbury when looking to buy a new car. Dan initially provided me with the best valuation for my part exchange car. Dan was fantastic and kept me constantly updated on new vehicles coming to market. Once I had chosen my new car he kept me in the loop of how things were progressing and went the extra mile. The communication was fantastic throughout, and he was always happy to help whether by phone or via email. I would highly recommend Hartwell Banbury for anyone looking to buy a new car.
Rob at Hartwell was fab … Entering a car sales room as a female on your own can be very daunting in regards to being missold or salespeople being pushy. Rob knocked that straight on the head and was probably a small factor in making the decision so easy to buy a car. I didn’t ever feel pressured or pushed to buy the car x
Ford dealers are absolutely shocking, I thought Evans Halshaw were bad but Hartwell are on a different level, had a technical issue with my car, the service department didn't want to know, or even look at the car? Customer service? Non existant. I only gave them a 1 star rating because you can't give 0. I've gone to an independent Garage, who will have my business in future . I would advise anybody else to do the same.
Purchased a used car from Rob. Rob is a credit to Hartwells, he was knowledgeable, honest and delivered on everything he said he would.
Had an aircon fault on the car. Took it down to Hartwells, it had a visual check of the fault and symptoms and Nigel booked it in for yesterday to be re-gassed. Job completed very early on to a high standard. I cannot thank the team well enough, Nigel, Daniel and Julie, they got me back up and running again! Many thanks.
