I popped in on the off chance, without an appointment. The salesman I saw was very helpful, and I was able to test drive an automatic car which I really liked. The follow up has been fairly gentle, not been chased too much, although I shan't be buying the used car they recommended.

My husband and I travelled from Gloucester to Eden Vauxhall in Banbury last Saturday to test drive a car and came away with it the same day, part exchanging our old car. Robyn looked after us through the whole experience. She was extremely knowledgable and with her friendly nature made us feel welcome and valued. We were really well looked after by the whole team and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them again. It is probably the easiest car buying experience we have ever had.

We bought our car 2 months ago with the promise of the wing mirror repair. 2 months on, still no repair, will not call or respond to emails. Disgusting customer care.

This is my first time joining the Motability Scheme & I’ve had the same car for 14 years so this was a huge thing for me. Robyn has provided an excellent, friendly service & most importantly, took the time to understand my needs. I felt that she cared & whilst professional she was also very ‘human’. When I collected the car today Robyn was very patient as she showed me how everything worked & came out on a test drive to ensure I was comfortable with the car as I was very nervous. I highly recommend Eden & thank Robyn for calming my nerves & being so clear about the process.

Terrible customer service.  I looked at a car in December 2022 and said that I needed to speak to my wife about it before deciding if I would buy it.  I was told that if I paid a £100 deposit which I did by card they would hold it for me but I would get my money back if I decided that I wanted to change my mind.  I got a receipt signed by the sales person.   I spoke to my wife and she decided she didn't like the car so  went back to Eden to request a refund.  I was told I would need to get the salesperson that took the deposit to authorise it.  I called several times before finally getting hold of the sales-person who agreed to return the deposit.  He didn't do it.  I called, spoke to his colleagues, sent emails several times over several months and still, to this date, over a year later have not received my refund.  Quite simply, they have stolen £100 from me.

Fantastic sales lady Robin, and advice from Nick from the workshop about my new purchase.  No pressure.  Great deal I am impressed by their attention to detail and listening to what I wanted. I have had my previous car serviced there for years as well Highly recommend .

Thank you to Jamie Grant who helped from beginning to end with all the aspects of searching for a car to buying and driving away in one that is perfect! His helpful and professional knowledge was invaluable in helping with our purchase. We would definitely recommend and buy from Eden, Banbury again.
