Ive rented a car twice never had no problems. Great customer service looking to hire a car for 1 week.

Booked our van for today to use to move stuff to our new house. Booked and money have been taken off. I had text message reminder to pickup our van and time.

Went to pickup our van just for you to say you wont release it vecause we havent paid with credit card as we paid with debit.

It did took money of us so what is the problem with that? It completly ruined our moving out as on monday we had to give up our keys. 

WHY WOULD YOU NOT SAY ANYTHING OR WARN US ABOUT PAYING METHOD?!

Booked an Astra but got a Juke! Had to pay to upgrade. After signing the form 3 times and writing I AGREE to make sure i would call them if I had an accident, the operative/salesman then climbed into the back of the car with me and the wife and all our stuff to give me 10 minutes of HARD SELL using fear as a tactic.
"One thousands pounds per area of damage" "Most customers take this cover" "I strongly advise you take this extra cover" "If anyone damages your car, that's one thousand pounds an area" So having left the brightly lit office, the salesman is now in the back of the car trying to  bully me into buying some more cover.  It's dark and I now have to sign paperwork that I have already signed 3 times in the office, another 3 more times to refuse, one by one the extras the guy was trying to push on me. Needed a shower after that interaction. Not going back until policy changes and business is conducted in the office instead of the back of a car. This intimidating sales tactic should stop

Used Enterprise in Warrington in late September - excellent customer service. Received a free class upgrade because the car I booked online was not available. Staff were really helpful. Only word of caution for anyone not familiar with the location in Warrington, it's a wee bit dodgy getting into the lot, as it is on a roundabout. Much easier to go in through the plaza parking lot.
