Awful service. I booked a car with their central booking people who said give it 20 minutes. I got a lift from warrington to accrington to be told...sorry pal we aint got one for you...Good work guys

Had a great experience with Enterprise this Christmas break. I had only booked the evening before and arrived two hours late, but the staff (Dayna and a guy whose name I didn’t get) were lovely and welcoming anyway. Dayna chatted to me about why I was renting a car, went through all the legalities and waivers quickly, then showed me out to the car, making sure to show me where the wipers, lights and radio were in the car and answering all my questions. The car itself (a Vauxhall Mokka X) was gorgeous - brand new and ran like a dream, and when I returned it Dayna remembered me and quickly and efficiently checked the car and processed the return. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you!

Car was acceptable but it had not been cleaned prior to pickup. Presentation is very important to me.
