Great helpful staff. Booked online and they rang on morning of pickup to offer alternative vehicle. Kept well informed from booking to pickup.

I thought the staff at Burnley were extremely helpful, kept me informed that the vehicle would  be 30 mins late for collection, not their fault may I add.

Only a smaller van available than the one I booked online. I then couldn't hire the van because apparently I didn't exist on the system as my address and details weren't verified (even though I'm on the electoral roll, etc. etc.). I paid the full amount up front and am due a refund for the difference. Non one has been in touch with me about that. The lady at the front desk was helpful and friendly - it wasn't her fault in relation to the van hire and issues surrounding hire.

We hired a van and a car off these guys over a weekend. Can’t say how helpful they were. The cars were great and would certainly hire again from here.

Wouldn't use this company if they were the only rental company existing. I'd rather get the bus.
